Refund Policy

Thank you for ordering from Keto Gourmet Confections!

Due to the delicate nature of chocolate, extreme temperatures can cause our products to melt during shipping. We take all possible measures to help ensure this doesn’t happen by packing in thermal bags and including ice packs. However, sometimes the route to you gets a bit bumpier than anyone can control.

If you receive a product in inedible condition, contact us within 24 HOURS of receipt of your shipment, and we’ll offer you a choice of either a free replacement item, credit towards your next purchase, or a full item refund.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to provide replacements, credits, or refunds, we REQUIRE PHOTOS of the items in question, along with PHOTOS of the shipping box as it was received.

If the order was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped, you will receive a credit for the value of your refund.

We only offer product replacements, credits, and refunds for items that are damaged during shipping.

We cannot be held responsible for lost items which tracking number show as delivered. We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays during shipping, or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Because our products are perishable and can melt in transit, if not shipped correctly. We do not accept returns of products once they have been shipped.

If a delivery or shipment is refused by the recipient for any reason, we cannot guarantee any of the products will be usable upon another delivery attempt by the carrier. Therefore, we do not offer replacements, credits or refunds for any deliveries than have been refused by the recipient.
